Employee volunteering
“We want to offer our team the opportunity to expand their leadership and teamworking skills and contribute to the community.”

Trustee roles and employee volunteering schemes offer huge benefits to both employers and employees, from board level leadership experience and the chance to learn and refresh skills, to strengthening company profile and reach, and motivating your team.

Get in touch to arrange a presentation for your company about trustee benefits or to find out more about our scheme to match your team with local trustee roles. We also offer opportunities to match professional volunteers with voluntary organisations looking for support.

Student volunteering
“Being a trustee has given me so many life and career skills and helped me land my dream job.”

Volunteering experience is a huge asset to students wanting to demonstrate skills and experience to future employers. 100% of 18-24 year olds say that being a trustee has given them vital career skills that have helped their professional career.

Charities and community groups across North Yorkshire are looking for young people who can contribute digital and social media skills to their committees, up-to-date knowledge of their service areas and a fresh approach.
