You will co-ordinate BTEC activities in Music, Aviation Studies etc for cadets and adult CVQO qualifications with the CVQO rep. ).

Additionally you would nurture and encourage the training of potential and current Cadet NCO's, ensuring they meet set standards and push themselves to improve.

You would develop an exciting and engaging training program taking into account all abilities to ensure maximum participation and fulfillment.

You would assist the Sqn Adjutant to ensure all off Squadron training opportunities are offered to both cadets and staff, and that qualifications that expire are renewed in good time.

It is desirable to already hold relevant qualifications and/or experience. As a minimum you should hold the equivalent of a Level 3 teaching award or higher; however once confirmed as an adult volunteer most training can be provided either directly by the RAF Air Cadets at various locations or through partner organisations.
