Community - Health Connectors

We need your help to extend the reach of Healthwatch North Yorkshire through outreach activities. Assisting the volunteer & outreach coordinator at Access Points and events in the community.
Communicating with a wide range of local people discussing health & social care services and provide information/signposting.
Promote Healthwatch North Yorkshire and raise awareness of how we can help local people through ensuring they have a voice when it comes to their services.

Skills or experience required?:

• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills and able to listen
• Friendly, approachable and a caring nature
