Evaluators...for the living heritage museum at Leeming Bar Station House

The Wensleydale Railway has received lottery funding to renovate the Leeming Bar Station House into a living museum and education centre. We're taking our visitors back to 1925...but we need people who can bring the Station House back to the future and keep all our visitors happy with evaluations and monitoring of what we're doing right (and what we might be doing not quite so right!). It's a great opportunity for school leavers and gap year students or those who want some CPD or back to work, CV-boosting experience. If you can keep us all on our toes by making sure our visitors get to say what they think, please get in touch.

Skills or experience required?:

You'll need to be a confident person who can approach visitors and get people to talk, so if you're a good talker, then you'd be ideal. You'll also need to be organised and disciplined in your approach but if you haven't got the experience, then don't worry, we'll offer all the training you need. This is an opportunity to build skills and confidence so that employers will be able to see your ability to communicate well.
