The Forum is a multipurpose venue with a wide ranging programme including comedy, cinema, live performances, occasional sporting events, and conferences. For most events we need people to sell tickets or hand out pre-ordered tickets to audiences as they arrive. The Box Office is also the first point of contact for many people as they arrive at the Forum; other duties include answering the phone and responding to enquiries. There is always a Manager available to help and give guidance. Training is provided.
Skills or experience required?:
Good customer service and communication skills.
Confident in handling cash and card transactions.
Comfortable with using computer systems.
Interest in our entertainment programme.
