Volunteer Lead Administrator

We are looking for a forward thinking individual with experience as a Lead Administrator, with high levels of diligence and attention to detail, to work alongside the Volunteer Manager in managing the administrative needs of the organisation.

An individual with lived experience as a women returner would be highly desirable with capacity to understand the administrative needs of such of community social business.

An empathetic individual with a clear understanding of the challenges our women face around little or no confidence, outdated skills and experience, social isolation and poor health and wellbeing would be valuable.

Skills or experience required?:

Computer literate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience more important than qualifications, although opportunity to undertake accredited training can be supported.

Great attention to detail and accuracy.

Data inputting of client details and updating as required.

Typing letters and reports.

Dealing with enquiries via email.

Ability to prioritise tasks with ease to meet deadlines.

Any other administrative duties as required e.g. filing.
