Volunteer Marketing Coordinator

with Future Intentions Yorkshire

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with the ability to think out the box in generating new marketing ideas to raise our profile and awareness of our work as a community interest company, working with women struggling with a wide range of issues acting as barriers to improving their lives, we support women to re-engagement with sustainable employment, volunteering and training opportunities, community involvement and opportunities to re-engage with like-minded peers.

An individual with lived experience as a women returner would be highly desirable with capacity to engage other women via our marketing to access our range of services, a creative empathetic individual with a clear understanding of the challenges our women face around little or no confidence, outdated skills and experience, social isolation and poor health and wellbeing.
Skills or experience required?:

Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.

Creative thinker with lots of ideas.

Ability to take marketing graphics, ideas and concepts from idea to execution.

Ability to coordinate marketing across areas of Ryedale, Scarborough and York.

Identify marketing priorities and work with manager on putting into a marketing strategy plan.

Monitoring marketing efforts of our competitors.
