Volunteer Social Media Assistant

This role is an opportunity for an individual with a genuine flair for engaging our online community of women returners struggling to return to work after a break, facing the challenges of little or no confidence, social isolation, outdated skills and workplace experience and poor health and wellbeing.

An individual with lived experience as a women returner would be very desirable. A champion for our cause, increasing our reach across Ryedale and Scarborough.

Skills or experience required?:

Computer literate.

Experience in promoting an online presence across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Ability to schedule a range of posts, blogs etc on our online platforms and work on monthly scheduling plan.

Identify appropriate awareness days and develop a 12 month calendar of events to promote via our social media.

Identify new opportunities for increasing our online followers, brand awareness and company profile.

Generate new ideas and visuals for our posts and blogs.
