Volunteer Community Roots Coordinator

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience of community and stakeholder engagement to develop and progress the work of Future Intentions Yorkshire across a range of different communities.

To work directly with the manager on delivering workshops, managing meetings and working with community groups and stakeholders.

Skills or experience required?:

Computer literate in use of Microsoft Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.

Able to identify external stakeholders and identify ways to keep stakeholders informed on project outcomes.

Ability to utilise digital communications and think creatively and imaginatively about how to engage audiences across its programmes.

Knowledge of the challenges women returners experience in struggling to return to work would be highly desirable.

Good networking skills to promote collaboration and partnerships with beneficiaries and organisational stakeholders.

Arrange and market consultation meetings for external stakeholders.
