Do you have a spare room, warm heart and open mind?

Last year it was estimated that 122,000 young people faced homelessness in England and Wales.

We need you help to change this!

Our hosts play a critical role in providing a safe space in their home for young people in North Yorkshire who are facing homelessness. This could be for a couple of nights as part of our Nightstop service or for up to 2 years as part of our Supported Lodgings service. Our hosts receive a payment for the use of their spare room and volunteer their time to support the young person staying with them.

Full training is provided and each young person and host has the support of a dedicated SASH worker during their time in service.
