Telephone Befriending
Telephone Befrienders support those in our community who need someone to talk to. Telephone befriending is done at a time convenient to you and the client. When you enrol, we will match you with someone who has shared interests with you.
Telephone Befriending makes a huge difference to the happiness and wellbeing of an older person.

Skills or experience required?:
An ability to communicate well, be compassionate, patient and a good listener. Above all, being a warm and friendly person.
