Volunteer Befriender

If you are a compassionate, friendly and positive individual living in the Harrogate District and want to get involved in supporting people within the community, then volunteering as a befriender could be for you. This service offers the opportunity to meet with a volunteer befriender in a public location on a regular basis for walks, a café visit, a shopping trip or other hobbies and interest or activity.

We have opportunities across the Harrogate district, Nidderdale, Masham, Ripon, Boroughbridge as well as Harrogate and Knaresborough.
