Ingleton and Settle Scout Groups both need a dedicated manager who can provide direction and co-ordination between the sections.
They need to work well with people to achieve results, as well as being able to motivate and bring fresh ideas to an existing well-established team of leaders.
Skills or experience required?:
Good communication and admin skills, combined with an ability to plan, monitor and carry out tasks efficiently.
No previous experience of Scouting is needed but transferable leadership and teamwork skills gaining elsewhere would be helpful.
You will require?: Criminal Record Check (DBS)
