Trustee
TYC trustees are looking for a trustee to join them, preferably someone with HR skills and/or experience in managing a business or charity.
TYC is a registered charity (July 2021) and is developing quickly in response to demand for 'a safe space' for young people in Thirsk to go and just be themselves, enjoy football, craft, kitchen activities, pool, Xbox etc . It runs 3 separate groups every week to cater for age range 9-17. It is exciting and fulfilling to be on the TYC Team.
Skills or experience required?:
Preferably, although not essential, someone with HR competencies, for example, good organisational and communication skills; collaboration and team-building abilities to help motivate, manage and organise the TYC team.
You will require?: Criminal Record Check (DBS)
