Lead Wildlife Volunteer

This is a remote lead volunteer role for the wildlife surveying and monitoring role for free sites in the North.

Responsibilities include:

Creating a wildlife record monitor form and spreadsheet.

Collecting wildlife information from volunteer Microsoft form submissions and recording them on relevant spreadsheets.

Submitting results regularly to iRecord and Local Environmental Records Centre.

Communicating with monitor volunteers regarding wildlife finds.

Skills or experience required?:

Well organised, with strong administrative skills.

Experience in managing teams would be a huge bonus but is not as essential.

An enthusiastic and friendly manner.

A desire to share our historic sites with wider audiences.

To be able to work as part of a team but be able to work on your own initiative on occasions.
