We are a local charity providing activities and support for those whose are blind or sight impaired. We cover Scarborough, Whitby and Filey and have limited door to door transport available to our weekly lunch group. All our activities and groups are specifically tailored for those who are visually impaired and are fully supported by our volunteers. Many of our members are registered blind or partially sighted but you needn't be registered to join us. We offer IT training, Audio Library, Guide Dog and Macular Groups, Access to sporting and activity groups and Information and support. We also have equipment and aids for sale.
